Asheville has a variety of entertainment spots throughout the downtown area. Downtown features local arts and crafts, unique flavors at several eateries, and open-air market offering local produce and food. Also nearby are Historic Wall Street; Haywood Park Hotel and Promenade; and Pack Square, the center of events such as BeleChere, the Southeast's largest street festival. Downtown Asheville is home to such venues as; The Grey Eagle, Stella Blue, Diana Wortham Theatre and Jack of the Wood. Here are a few of the bands playing in the Asheville area this week.
